Can anyone tell me what the cluster of Large satellite dishes off of Telegraph Hill Rd near Mount Dr. in Holmdel are? It is behind the PNC Bank Arts Center. You can use google to zoom in on it. There are two ballfields next to the dishes.

I am thinking of moving to the area and was curious to see these when I looked up some addresses of homes for sale.

Any info would be appreciated. Are they still in use and do they give off harmful radiation are my main concerns.

I just wanted to add that I would call the township and ask them to address your concerns about any radiation.

For what it's worth, Holmdel is one of my favorite parts of Monmouth county, particularly the areas near Holmdel Park. The schools are highly ranked, the homes for the most part are beautiful and Holmdel park is a gorgeous oasis: it has an abundance of trails, playgrounds, an arboretum, etc. It is also home to Longstreet Farm, which is an actual farm where the workers wear 19th-century attire and tend to pigs, horses, chickens and sheep. My children never grow tired of visiting this place.
